How long have you been in business?
Money Mailer of North DuPage has been serving businesses for the past 15 years. I personally took over the franchise in 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide advertising and direct response marketing services via the iconic Money Mailer envelope, as well as direct mail in the form of solo postcards, brochures, and letters. In addition, we also provide over 700,000 promotional products, giveaways, etc., including mugs, pens, wearables, trade show and event items.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had run a family business for many years, and then went into providing technology solutions to mid- to large enterprises. I really moved into this business because I saw a need to connect local businesses to consumers in their immediate and surrounding communities. There was no better way for businesses to cost-effectively be delivered into the living rooms of the community.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As the owner of this franchise, I have a vested interest in the success of my clients' marketing campaign. What is success? Realizing a return on the advertising campaign. We work to provide guidance, tie in promotions, etc. to ensure a successful campaign.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a single location currently serving North DuPage county.
What type of payments do you accept?
All Major Credit Cards, Checks, e-Checks.
Which areas do you service?
North DuPage County - specifically Lombard, Glendale Heights, Addison, Itasca, & Wood Dale, however, we have clients throughout the Chicago area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Dino Grana is the owner and Chief Results Officer

Mon-Fri: 8am - 5pm Sat: By Appointment Sun: Closed
