We have been in business since 2005.
What is your primary product or service?
Computer IT services. Everything from the Desktop/Laptop/Tablet all the way to the Cloud! We are your outsourced IT department complete with vendor management, IT strategy and Help Desk support. for clients with 1 to 1000 users.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We started The Tech Doctors to bring the advantages of Technology to small businesses and to take the complexity and worry away from the business. This allows businesses to focus on doing what they do best and grow their business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a small business just like the companies we serve. We understand the issues they face and know how to use technology to help them achieve their goals. The Tech Doctors will understand your business first and help apply the RIGHT technology solutions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have a single physical location, however our associates make use of the cloud and can be "virtually" any place.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check or Credit Card.
Which areas do you service?
The greater Chicagoland are. With special focus on DuPage County and the communities surrounding Wheaton. Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Lisle, Carol Stream, West Chicago, Aurora, just to name a few.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Chris Smith is the President and owner of The Tech Doctors and oversees day to day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We have normal business hours of 8:00- 5:30 each weekday, but our support services are 24 x 7.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
You provide a great service at a fair price!
