Career Vision is a division of the not-for-profit Ball Foundation which was established in 1975 to develop an aptitude battery to identify individual talents. In1989, Career Vision was established to provide career services using the Ball Aptitude Battery and other assessments

Career and college major planning services for high school and college students and career transition services for adults
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The founder believed that if people were engaged in work that tapped into their talents they would be more productive and satisfied in their career
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide highly personalized services and work with our families over their lifetime.
Which areas do you service?
Chicago Metro region. Although we have many families who fly in from out of state.

The Ball Foundation

Typically 8:30- 5:00 p.m. Although there is some flexibility in individual consultations.
